Designed by Aston Martin, the Curv Racing Simulators AMR-C01 has a lightweight all-carbon fibre monocoque and incorporates the latest technologies to provide the home consumer with a truly immersive driving experience. The front of the sim’s bodywork is shaped to evoke the Aston Martin Racing signature grill, while the seating location resembles that of the Aston Martin Valkyrie, adding to the simulator a futuristic hypercar feel.

To achieve the high quality surface finish demanded by Curv, Supernatural-x chose to use Composites Evolution’s Evopreg EPC300 resin system, in combination with 205 and 245 g/m² twill fabrics, for a high quality visual carbon aesthetic. When used in conjunction with our 650 g/m² bulking plies, Supernatural-x were able to achieve a blemish free surface finish straight from the mould.
Evopreg® EPC300 component prepregs are based on a medium temperature curing, toughened epoxy resin system. They are ideal for high performance, lightweight structural components and are engineered for rapid, easy lay-up with excellent surface finish.
