In light of the ongoing coronavirus situation, I’d like to update you on activities at Composites Evolution and reassure you that we are continuing to support our customers during this challenging time.
Our main priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers. We are continually monitoring the situation and UK Government advice, and have put in place a number of measures to adjust our working practices accordingly. These include:
Production
Our production facility remains fully operational and we have taken steps to ensure we have sufficient raw materials to meet our customers’ demands. For our most common products, stock is available ready for immediate despatch.
Sales Visits
We understand that, like us, many of our customers may now be closed to all but essential external visitors. If a site visit from one of our team is critical to your ongoing activities, then our team is ready to support you. Wherever possible, however, our team will be encouraging customers to switch to remote alternatives.
Technical Support
Our technical support team remains on-hand to help you meet the demands of your customers. If your company is open to external visitors, we can continue to provide on-site support if required. In all other cases, and wherever possible, we are able to set up web-based meetings or provide over-the-phone support.
