As many more people return to work in the UK, I’d like to reassure you that our main priority remains the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers.
As such, we are continuing to monitor UK Government advice and have put in place a number of measures to ensure we can operate as safely as possible, whilst still maintaining the high levels of responsiveness and support which our customers expect.
Production
Our production facility remains fully operational and we have taken steps to ensure we have sufficient raw materials to meet our customers’ demands. For our most popular products, stock is available ready for immediate despatch. Non-standard products can typically be turned around within two weeks.
Deliveries
The majority of couriers now appear to be operating normally, after struggling to keep up with demands earlier on in the year. We continue to monitor the situation closely, to ensure that our products reach you when you need them.
Site Visits
If a site visit from one of our team is essential to your ongoing activities, then we are ready to support you. In order to allow us to visit you in a safe manner, our staff have been instructed to follow government advice on social distancing and hygiene. Our expectation is that similar principles are adopted on your site. We’ll contact you in advance of any face-to-face meetings, to make sure we understand the specific measures in place at your premises before we arrive.
In all other cases, and wherever possible, we are able to set up web-based meetings and provide over-the-phone support.
